USA Hockey Registration
ALL PLAYERS AND TEAM STAFF MUST BE REGISTERED WITH USA HOCKEY
Go to https://membership.usahockey.com and click “Register Now”. You must be 18 or older to complete an online registration for yourself or your child.
Upon completing the questions and payment, print a copy of your registration (it will be emailed to you as well) for your records.
